Cable route A250 Stade-Landesbergen

TenneT is planning to replace a 380 kV line between the new Stade-West substation on the site of the chemical company DOW in Stade and the Landesbergen substation in the district of Nienburg/­Weser. As the minimum distances to residential buildings were not met, an underground cable section was built between the transformer station north of Mehringen and the cable transition facility (KÜA) on the L331 south of Mehringen. This is 1,900 metres long and was mainly built using the cut-and-cover method. The undercrossing of the L201 was realised using pipe jacking.
