Proving uncompromising quality requires constant testing and rethinking of processes. Customer insights from product application flow back into development and production. The cycle of experience, application, product and process improvement is thus closed.

Gerodur works with a multi-stage quality assurance system. Only approved materials are processed, which already pass through a control process in our company before unloading, which goes far beyond what is required by standards. In the further internal processes, samples are continuously taken from production and tested in the companyʻs own laboratories. As early as 2004, we established a new future-oriented quality test for our entire pipe programme for drinking water supply. All pipes are tested for organoleptics in a newly built quality laboratory and certified with the Qplus label. Optimum safety is also provided by the ultrasonic measuring devices installed on all lines for 100% production control. Our cooperation with specially trained logistics companies and forwarding agents ensures that the products are delivered to the customer in the correct quality.

In addition to ongoing internal controls, production is subject to permanent external monitoring by the SKZ Würzburg, IMA Dresden and other accredited testing institutes.
